Today, Interface Communications provides its clients with a single, reliable source for communication contracting needs. ICC is focused on designing and building Cable Television, Satellite Television, Voice, Data, Video, Wireless, WiFi, Traffic Signalization and Audio Communication Networks.

2000


Interface Communications began designing and installing Traffic Signalization Networks. The company was approved by the Colorado Department of Transportation to perform work statewide, building traffic signals, highway lighting, variable message signage and numerous other traffic related construction projects.

1993


Interface Communications was selected by US West (currently Qwest) to be the analog programming provider of the first-ever video dial tone trial. The project, located in Omaha, Nebraska was the beginning of Qwest’s entrance into the Cable Television business.

1985


Interface grew into one of the region’s premier cable television companies. The company operated over 26 cable television systems, in a nine-state area, with a total subscriber base of 25,000 subscribers. The systems were sold to several national cable providers within the nine-state region

2006


Interface Communications turns 25 years old, and begins providing design and installation services of WiFi and In-Building Wireless Systems. Interface became one of Colorado’s leading integrators in the field of Distributed Antenna Systems, for the first responder and cellular networks.
1996
Interface Communications celebrates 15 years in business. In addition to being a turnkey CATV/SATV systems integrator, the company expanded its design/build services to include structured wiring for voice & data networks.
1991
Interface Communications designed and installed one of the country’s first 18 Ghz microwave networks in Denver, Colorado. From the transmit facility in central Denver, the network provided cable television service to over 10,000 subscribers via a point-to-point microwave network.
1981
The early 1980’s saw the passing of the Telecommunications Act, and the subsequent deregulation of the telecommunications industry. Interface Communications was created to construct, own and operate cable television systems in the state of Colorado.
